To save a copy of a Google Doc application so you can fill it out later, follow these steps:

Open the above Link to the Google Doc: Click on the link to the Google Doc application you were provided.

Make a Copy of the Document:

In the top left corner of the document, click on "File" in the menu bar.

Select "Make a copy" from the dropdown menu.

You will be prompted to name the copy and choose a location to save it in your Google Drive. Choose the folder where you want to store it, or leave it in your main "My Drive."

Click "OK" to save the copy to your Google Drive.

Access the Copy Anytime:

Once the copy is saved, you can access it in your Google Drive. Open Google Drive, and search for the document by the name you gave it or navigate to the folder where it was saved.

Now you can fill it out and make any changes when you're ready.

Fill Out the Application When Ready:

Open your saved copy of the Google Doc.

Edit and complete the application as needed. Your changes are automatically saved in Google Drive, so you don't need to worry about losing your progress.​
